About Awareness Week
Kids’ Chance Awareness Week is an initiative designed to highlight existing Kids’ Chance programs and state organizations by providing our supporters with a focused time frame to be engaged with and raise awareness about Kids’ Chance and our mission.
Kids’ Chance of Illinois believes that we can make a significant difference in the lives of all children affected by a workplace injury by helping them pursue and achieve their educational goals. We strive to raise more money for more kids and Awareness Week is an important piece in achieving that goal.
Our goal is to raise $6,000 which will help us fund more scholarships this year. KCOI awarded 45 scholarships to students already this year and Illinois remains one of the highest need states in the nation.
