As you know, you are currently using a software called Payment Mate to process payments from your Phorest salon software. In the last 12 months, we have launched a much more advanced payment solution called Phorest Pay that has a much more reliable integration with Phorest as it is cloud based. 

*** As of January 1st 2020, your Payment Mate Integration will cease to work***

(Payment Mate is built using old technology that will not work with the latest version of Phorest salon software.)

Best of all though, it enables you to offer your clients a truly premium booking and checkout experience:

• Cardless Checkout (with stored cards on the client file)

• Online Booking with No Show Protection (the card collected during online booking can be then saved to the client file)

...and works seamlessly with Apple Macs, iPhones and Android

We are shortly going to be rolling out a big upgrade to your Phorest software which means that Payment mate will no longer work (as it is not compatible with the latest developments in software design). This also means that you won’t need a third party program like Payment Mate to run sales, it’s a direct integration into Phorest Salon Software.

We would like you to migrate to the more advanced Phorest Pay so there is little to no interruption to the service you provide to your customers, and that you can avail of all the new features and better reliability. 

To make this transition as seamless as possible, our backend payment processor, International Bancard, has agreed to contribute the following to you:

• $250 Signup Bonus (Applied to first month’s activity)

• $250 Equipment Credit towards new terminals

• Up to $500 to cover any transition costs for leaving your current provider.
