It’s an exciting week here in the city, my fellow wellness enthusiasts. We’ve got four new studio opening announcements, and that’s just the kind of good news I need in my life as my inner California girl struggles to cope with seeing highs in the 30s on her weather app. Bundle up, and dig through on all the healthy news I have for you below.

🛩JP @ LGA
Juice Press just popped up at LaGuardia. They’ll be housed in Delta’s new concourse and squeezing out some nutrient-rich flight fuel for weary travelers. Though, this may be the only reason you should ever book a flight out of LaGuardia, as I’m pretty sure it’s still ranked one of America’s worst airports despite the overhaul...

🥗 Salad Spree
We have BIG news in salad (exciting, we know). First, Just Salad is getting in on the Hudson Yards hype. The salad chain just opened its 21st NYC location in the up-and-coming Hudson Yards food and shopping mecca. Swing by for some shopping fuel as this holiday season kicks into gear. In other leafy news, as of this week, Chopt Creative Salad Co. opened another operation on Varick Street — they’re inviting everyone in to “saladbrate”.

💦 Park Slope Sweat
Park Slope is getting a new fitness hub. The SweatShed (a boutique concept by Crunch Fitness) just hit the residential neighborhood and is bringing all the HIIT workouts across the East River for the first time. That means Brooklynites who have been making that 45-minute commute to the FiDi location to get their workout in can rejoice. Pop by the new studio just north of Prospect Park on Flatbush Ave.

🌱 Vegan Twofer
by CHLOE. is getting even bigger than it already is in NYC. The beloved vegan eatery has two new locations: one in Midtown East that just opened and another coming to Union Square (in the former space of Coffee Shop) in December. Now, we know you’re most likely craving comfort food as winter is (too) quickly approaching, so the Quinoa Taco salad may not be on your radar. However, the Avocado Pesto Pasta is sure to satisfy all your cozy needs this fall, so these new spots are worth the stop regardless! Fitt Tip: if you’re on the move, the Midtown East shop is the first to debut the brand’s new dedicated To-Go format.

🌬Inhale, Exhale
If you haven’t heard of Exhale, they’re pretty much a one-stop shop for barre, cardio, yoga, and HIIT classes, with spa rooms and a zen lounge to match — and they just opened a flagship studio in NoMad. Technically, the grand opening was last week, but the official schedule will start on November 22, so mark your calendars.

🤜 Midtown Mayweather
Get ready to really train like a pro. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is a brand new concept that’s rapidly franchising all over the US, including a studio space in Midtown West. The studio will feature Floyd Mayweather’s training techniques in a group fitness setting, and if the classes are half as good as Mayweather’s regimen, we will all likely be leaving in our best shape to date. It’s still in the works for now, but you can head to their website to sign up for updates and pre-opening rates!

😌 Be Chill, Stay Chill
Chillhouse debuted their 3,200-square-foot flagship location in SoHo last week, and it is dreamy. Whether you go for the latte, the manicure, the sauna, or even just the trendy Instagram content, you’re sure to have a very chill time. After all, they are a full-service wellness spa, so you can’t help but leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

🎄 In Other News
Got Milk?
The ever-popular Milk Bar just swung its doors open at the Ace Hotel. The flagship location will be serving up specialties like apple pie soft serve and pepperoni pizza rolls, plus you can snag some Milk Bar swag, making sure your experience doesn’t end just because you’ve devoured your ice cream a little too fast. It’s open now, so save room for dessert!
Deck The Halls
’Tis the season, my friends! Batten down the hatches because the tourists are coming for the holiday window display at Macy’s, which will be unveiled on November 21, and Midtown West won’t be the same until 2020 hits. Also, you may want to check out the display, too, because it is pretty cool (even though we hate to admit it).
