Open-heart surgery next week
|
|
|
In many ways my heart is still in Papua New Guinea. Here I'm working with Pastor Peter Marokiki in Arop village, January 2019.
But right now my heart is in urgent need of repair. I will have open-heart surgery to repair my leaky (prolapsed) mitral valve on Friday, Nov. 22.
My recovery will probably take until Christmas. After that, I would love to return to working full-time with the translators.
But we need to complete our partnership team before I can do that. Praise the Lord for several new partners. Our shortfall is now $764/mo, down from over $2,000/mo in September.
Please pray for more partners who can invest on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Maybe you could be one of them. We'd love to have you.
To join our financial partnership team, click here or follow the instructions below.
Please also pray for the translators. This month they are polishing Philippians and half of John's gospel.
Thank you again for your praying with us as we build our partnership team and look forward to returning to translation.
Serving our King together,
John Nystrom (& for Bonnie)
