Blueberries
Blueberries are on the Blackboard for the first time this Summer which is great news. Pick up a couple of chips this week and spread them out with some Coatesville Strawberries. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, lunch or dessert, you can even eat them in your car right outside the shop.

Cherry Toms
Cherry Tomatoes are also on the Blackboard this week after an absence of the whole Winter. My favourite way to eat them is in a salad with some Olives and grilled Courgettes. Have a go at this version or play around as you like with different ingredients like Eggplant or Capsicum.

Our Pure Pork "Made on Site, World Famous in Hillcrest Sausages" are on the Blackboard this week and are just what the doctor ordered for an after work BBQ. Don't forget they may also include a Golden Ticket.

Telegraph Cucumbers
The Tele Q's are massive right now so there is plenty of opportunity to make a salad and still slip a bit into your Gin and Tonic.
Mix it up a bit this week with a Thai Cucumber Salad that would be great as a side to a BBQ steak.

It doesn't have to be all BBQ, we have a full fresh NZ Pork sale on this week. Top of the list are Leg and Shoulder Roasts, so get in if you're looking to have a full noise Sunday Roast this weekend.

Eggplant
Much to my daughters horror we have been eating Eggplant with every meal for the last week or so. Have a go at this recipe that puts the whole eggplant directly on to the coals of a fire. If you're into cooking with fire this is a must try.
