Milltown Public Library re-opened this week in its newly expanded location. The project doubled their space and added a wonderful inviting library, meeting rooms, children's, teen's, and adult sections, along with a community storm shelter. They will be hosting a community open house on December 5th from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Somerset Public Library expansion project is underway on a project tripling the size of their facility. Construction is expected to be completed in early June of 2020.
Town of Troy Park Pavilion was completed this fall in Glover Park. The new facility provides a warming kitchen, year-round restrooms, and a covered open-air seating area.
Cemstone is expanding their facility in New Richmond to add more office space. The original facility was constructed by Derrick Building Solutions in 1995. Completion is expected over the winter, in time for the spring construction season.
45th Parallel Distillery is getting started on a new 8,000 sq. ft. Butler pre-engineered metal building that will serve as a special events space and tasting room. Construction is expected to be complete in June of 2020.
