Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Latinx and POC Communities
Welcome back students, faculty, staff, y amigxs to the third edition of the monthly Aliento e-updates for this academic year! 
Each month we provide updates, links, community events and resources while highlighting a mental health cause. This issue focuses on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. We also want to acknowledge that November is Native American Heritage Month.

November is Native American Heritage Month

Aliento would like to honor the history of Native American people in California. Below is a map of the tribal communities on whose land we currently reside. 
Check out the impact Aliento students made in Latinx communities through their practicum sites and community services projects during the  2018-2019 school year.
