27th November 2019

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to send out a little update to let you all know that we are in the final stages of working out a solution with Global Giving. You may have received an email from Global Giving this last week stating the following:

"GlobalGiving is working hard to address the (donation) issue, but there is a chance that we will be unable to disburse funds to this project. If we cannot disburse funds, your donation(s) may be reallocated to another organization per our terms and conditions."

We are personally working hard with Global Giving on a solution so that all of the donations that have been collected by them can be re-routed to us here in India. They have been super positive and supportive along the way. Very soon we hope to have everything sorted and we do not anticipate any loss of funds during this process. You can find out more information about this whole situation and what we are doing to resolve it here:

We also want to be clear that this issue is not by any shortcomings of Global Giving as an organization. The Indian Government changed some policies and have made a whole lot of bureaucratic loops for organizations like GG to jump through in delivering funds to India. They are working on it all and slowly making progress.

Rest assured, donations are still safe and there is no concern at the moment that they will be reallocated to another organization. We thank you all for your amazing support, please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Blessing on you,
Rick, Clifton, Eugene, Priscilla & John
