Guardian Angels exists to reach out from the Altar of Christ to educate, serve and evangelize.

Happy Thanksgiving from Guardian Angels School!

The GA students, teachers, staff, and families would like to thank the GA parishioners for all of their support and prayers. We would also like to thank the Wednesday Night crew who have done several maintenance projects, the Men’s Club for our drinking fountain near the gym, the Knights of Columbus for all of the new playground and gym equipment, the Forner family for the painted lines on the playground, Daughters of Isabella for your support in this year’s Rake-A-Thon, Tom Altman & Jim Schleicher for their work on under the stairs, Tony Reif & Jack Worm for keeping our lights shining, the Schepper boys for all our electrical needs, those who contributed and/or attended the 2019 gala, the amazing donors who gave to the 50K matching CSCOE grant and tuition assistance. We are so thankful for all the donations of school supplies, backpacks, school uniforms and snacks for our students in need. God has also blessed us with many benefactors who have given us grants and scholarships: Aim Higher, Catholic Community Foundation, Catholic Schools Center of Excellence (CSCOE), Catholic Services Appeal Foundation, Catholic United Financial and several donors who like to remain anonymous.

Our hearts are filled with gratitude. You generosity touches so many lives in many different ways. These children are some of our future leaders, teachers, religious leaders, doctors, lawyers, florists, gardeners, and much much more. The gift of a Catholic education is a gift that sets a solid foundation grounded in faith. It’s a gift that will last them a lifetime. May God continue to bless you and your family with His love and grace.

From the students, staff, teachers & families of Guardian Angels School

“Festive Food Drive”

Think of your favorite holiday treat or recipe…Is there a way to gather the ingredients and share them so someone else can make their Christmas festive?

A committee of students in confirmation will collect non-perishable food donations during advent and deliver them to the Bountiful Basket Food Shelf in Chaska on Dec. 18.

In addition to the usual types of foods, (gravy, canned fruits and vegetables, stuffing, boxed potatoes, jello, tuna and peanut butter, etc.) we will be asking for “festive holiday favorites!” (Pudding, cookie mixes and sprinkles, pie crusts and filling, apple cider, hot chocolate, candy canes, etc.)

Food will be collected from Faith Formation classes, Guardian Angels school families and from the parish, who can leave their donations in the kiosk in the back of the church. Any other non-perishable food and cash donations are also being accepted and contributed to the Bountiful Basket in Chaska.

In keeping with the Thanksgiving tradition, We will be having a casual day on Tuesday, Nov. 26.  Students may dress in fall colors.  No uniforms are necessary.  Remember no leggings, please.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Picture Retake Day is
Thursday, December 5th

Now that we finally all have our school photos back it is time for retake day.In order for you to have your child have a retake you must bring your packet of photos along back to turn in.  If your child was absent the first time around they should have their photo taken on that day. Make sure you go online and select what package of photos you would like to purchase.
Thank you!
