We have gained two key insights this year that will become more apparent in 2020 and beyond. 

The first one is that recruiters nowadays are expecting graduates to be completely job-ready so that they can hit the ground running from day one. The UK graduate job market is now incredibly competitive with at least 80 grads for every vacancy. We will elaborate on this in January, so stay tuned for more on this!

The second one relates to the number of graduate jobs that require digital skills. By 2025, it is predicted that 80% of jobs will have digital elements.
