Dear <<First Name>>,
As we begin the last month of 2019, I find it is a natural time of reflection. This past year has had a lot of ups and downs, and while the processing of these experiences continues, I’d like to pause and express gratitude for your continued support and interest in what’s being going on in my little corner of the universe.
It means a lot to me that people are interested in the teachings of yoga and Ayurveda, and I hope that the way I deliver these systems of wisdom continue to be truthful and relevant for you.
As the holiday season begins, I am recommitting myself to my daily practice in order to stay grounded amidst the busyness (um, chaos?!) and expectations. Making it a priority to find time for solitude, to go inwards, and to listen, means that I can also be fully present in the company and gatherings. If this time of year contains a lot of discomfort, confusion, and heaviness for you, then know that you aren’t alone. Learning to stay in compassion takes practice!
