Happy Thanksgiving to you all

Even though many of us are at the age where the passing of time, family and friends cast a few more shadows each year, I certainly have a hundred things to be thankful for each day, not the least of which are the thousands of you who support original music and allow me to keep my job of songsmith and neurotic troubadour for another year. Lord only knows what I would be doing otherwise these past thirty years, but trust me, I constantly have nightmares about it!

"Lucky Enough II" tour, May 31 – June 7, 2020

The highlight of the year was joining Gabriel Donohue last September on our Lucky Enough musical bus trip throughout Ireland. Gabriel’s historical and geographical knowledge of his charming country and his friendship with nearly every musician (half of them his relatives!) in the land, made for a very special experience – so special in fact that we’ve decided to go again.

We knew that some of our previous group might want to join us on this trip, so Gabriel and Niall Leogue, our tour director, have designed the Lucky Enough II tour to travel to a different part of Ireland. We’ll be visiting Kinsale, Clonakilty and Garnish Ireland, the Beara Penninsula, Killarney, Dingle, Listowel and Lahinch, among other places.  Find the full itinerary and registration form online, and call Niall at his office at (703) 938-1300 if you have questions.
In addition to luxury bus service, 4-star hotels and lots of great complimentary meals and excursions, Gabriel and I will be performing nearly every night with some of Ireland’s finest musicians and songwriters. Whether it’s a formal concert or a session in the local pubs, there will be plenty of music. You don’t have to stay up until 2 am with us, but you are welcome to. Gabriel and I have only one rule, and that is that no bus leaves before its time, which is 10 am!

In Key West

I’m in Key West for two more weeks and excited to have the harmonica monster Gary Green join me on stage at the Smokin’ Tuna this Monday through Friday at 5 pm.
Check my website for details and for all my Smokin' Tuna dates through May 2020.
Also, don't forget Peter Mayer will be bringing his Stars and Promises Christmas show to the Key West Theater on December 3. Please check the Key West Theater box office for ticket information before the show sells out.

                 Thanks for listening!
