Welcome to the December edition of our newsletter. We want to spread news of chess events for juniors in the region, so feel free to forward to friends and family to subscribe. League chess, congresses and rapids are in full swing, and we try to identify events local enough while being suitable for juniors.
We are now running a Junior U100 County team, competing in the U100s section of the Midlands Championships. If you are interested in playing please let us know! Fixtures are now published on the MCCU website – look for 'Notts Juniors' in the U100 section.
