Shacklewell Families is in full swing preparing for the Christmas Fair!
We will kick off the holiday season with Santa's Grotto, festive food, games and activities on FRIDAY 6 DECEMBER, 3:45-5:45pm.
 
The Christmas Raffle will be one of the highlights of the event and we need your help sourcing prizes!

If you or the company your work for is able to contribute, we would love to hear from you. We are also very happy to welcome items or vouchers to restaurants, hair salons, massage parlours, cinemas, pubs, cafés, supermarkets, curiosity shops, or any activities for adults or children so if you would like to approach local businesses for contributions in exchange for the name of their business being listed as a sponsor on ALL our communications around the event (posters and social media), please use the enclosed letter to contact them and get back to us this week!!
 
Tickets to enter the Raffle will be available for sale every day starting Monday 2nd December until the day of the Christmas Fair.

Help us sell tickets!
We need volunteers to sell tickets to the school's parents and carers. Please consider giving half an hour of your time before drop-off (8:30am) or pick-up (3pm) to help ensure we sell as many tickets as possible. Let us know if you can via email: info@shacklewellfamilies.com or join us if you see us selling and have a bit of time.

As with all events organised by Shacklewell Families, proceeds of the sale will go towards funding equipment and experiences to benefit all children of the school.
