Notice of Additional Moulded Door Price Adjustment
Dear Valued Customer:
We are sending this communication to let you know about a significant development in the interior door supply industry. Masonite doors, one of two manufactures of interior doors skins for moulded doors, has announced a price increase of 25% on hollow core doors and a 15% increase on solid core doors. On, November 22, Jeld-Wen, which is our supplier, who initially announced a 7% increase, has now announced an additional increase to match the Masonite increase.
Heister House is exploring a variety of options in order to supply you with the most competitively priced moulded doors possible. And, we will announce the specifics of our price increase as soon as we can. But, we felt we needed to send you this letter right away so that you can build some additional costs into your projects for 2020.
We will have the specifics or our additional interior door increase to you within the next week or two.
