We're getting new Church Directories!
We will be getting a new set of church directories in January 2020, and in anticipation of that, we are taking new family photos. It's been five years since our last directory, and I can't think of a single person or family that hasn't changed in that time. So coordinate your calendars with all your family members! Photo dates are Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st, 2019. Here is a bunch of important information you'll need, so please read everything through:
- Photo session time slots are available Friday from 2pm until 8pm
- Photo session time slots are available Saturday from 9am until 4pm
- You can bring your pets to be included in your family photos if you want to.
- You can invite other family members to be in your family photos, or to have their own photos taken. If they are not members or friends of the church, they will not get included in the directory, but EVERY family that gets photographed will receive a free 8 x 10 photo (even if they aren't church members).
- You can invite friends and neighbors to get a family picture taken. As with other family members, every family that has their picture taken will get a free 8 x 10 photo, and will not be included in our church directory if they are not church members/friends.
- There is a 20% discount off the price of additional photos (beyond the free 8 x 10) for all members of the military or any first responders (police, fire, ambulance, etc).
- We will be linking the photo sessions with our Blessings Box food drive. If you bring in an item of food or winter wear for our Blessings Box, you will receive a $5.00 off coupon that you can use for any additional pictures you'd like to buy beyond the free 8 x 10.
Even if you're not a regular attender at church, you're still a big part of our church family, and we don't want to see you left out. If you can't make it to one of the two dates offered in our church building, there are ways we can get you to a photo date in another church building at a different time, so please call or email Lynnly (or respond to this email) to work out any date issues.
If you are able to attend one of the two dates at our church, please call Lynnly (630-338-5252), or respond to this email and let me know what time you'd like. Time slots will get filled on a first come, first serve basis, so don't delay in picking a time. If you're someone who never reads emails, I'll be calling you... you know who you are...
We'd love to get 100% participation in our directory. It makes things so much easier, when new people join the church, for them to get to know everyone, and it makes it so much easier for church members to get in touch with each other if necessary.
