The art gallery is located on the lower level of the Hillsboro City Library. The gallery features works of art from local artists.

What We Are Reading

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around Hillsboro; from the decorations to the music and everything in between we are enjoying it all. During this season we try to focus on the things in our lives that bring us the most joy and happiness. Our staff has pulled our favorite books to read this time of year. These are books that we hold near and dear to our hearts, we have fond memories of reading these with loved ones while sipping hot cocoa around the Christmas tree. These may be the books that our parents read to us as young children, or one that we have read to our own children and grandchildren year after year. These books have a special place in our hearts and are part of our Christmas traditions. We hope that these titles will bring you joy, peace and sweet memories of loved ones this time of year. As we go throughout this holiday season we encourage you all to read something special that fills your heart with the Christmas spirit.
