Message from Mother Tami

Advent begins this coming Sunday December 1st.  There are a number of ways for you to mark this season.

Need a refresher in what Advent is all about?   Start by watching this video from Busted Halo that explains Advent in 2 minutes!

https://bustedhalo.com/video/watch-advent-two-minutes

Then come and make an Advent wreath with the parishioners of St. John's Larchmont and St. Thomas, Mamaroneck at St. John's (https://stjohnslarchmont.org)   on Sunday December 1st at 4:00.  This is an intergenerational activity for all ages.  Please RSVP to me so I can let them know how many people to expect.

Sign up and participate in #AdventWord, a global activity sponsored by Virginia Theological Seminary.  You can sign up at www.Adventword.org and receive a daily email with the word for each day of Advent as well as a short meditation. If you're so moved, you can post your own photo representing the word on their website or on the All Saints' Facebook Page  (If you're not already following us on social media, please do!)

Blessings,  Tami
