Are you looking for a way to give back this holiday season?

Transitions' "Adopt a Child or Family for the Holidays" program pairs a child or family in need with a generous supporter to help with gifts for the holiday. You will receive a list of items each child or member of the family has requested. The donor can shop for these gifts and either drop them off at our office or arrange for pick-up. Transitions will deliver those gifts to the children and families.
