Hi everyone!  Good weather (as in no rain) lined up for tomorrow, so bring your picnic blankets and spread out on the grass.
THIS IS WEEK 5.
After this Thursday, we have two more weeks of classes (until 5 December), then our end of year picnic 12 December.
THANK YOU to all those who wrote letters of support to the Council.  I will keep you all updated when a decision has been made (end of December) for the old library space ....  Rae :)
MARKET DAY

There have been calls for an end of year Market Day, to be held on our last day of classes for the term (5 December).
Sounds like fun to me, but to do this we will need good weather, so that the Market Day can be held outside.  We'll make the call the week before, after my meeting with the weather people :)  Fingers crossed for a fine day!
We had a wonderful time yesterday in Dorinda's amazing garden for the BACKYARD BIOLOGY study.  Learning all about recycling, composting, propogating, soil structure, worm farms, biology books, resources and much more.  It was a great learning experience for my kids, who really enjoyed it, learnt lots of new things & have been inspired to launch themselves in our garden again :)
Special thanks to you Dorinda, for all your support & inspiration in 2019.

Looking ahead to 2020 - always exciting to plan a new term.  Another great line up is on the way, including TWO Outdoor Adventures classes (level 1 and a new level 2)  plus Drama classes, for teens and younger.  Science is looking good, with classes for all ages.  And so much more ...    Keep an eye on the newsletter for term dates, programme details and booking dates!
POLYMER NEWS:

If you have any questions please text Annelli on 0224074067
A request from the YMCA - please remind your children that the Massey Leisure Centre is a shared public space.  It is SO tempting to run inside - but please can you ask your children to WALK. Bouncing balls, scooters & running are for outside.  There are elderly people who use the space also and who need to feel safe.  Thanks  :)
Please remember that if your child has any special needs, or is struggling with being in a class for any reason, we need to know.  Being aware of any issues helps us to help your child.
Call me (Rae) on 0272209949 to discuss, and I can liaise with the tutors, or email me at:  thehomeschoolgroup@gmail.com
