Looking for a small, useful gift to add to your stockings? Pop past the Practice - we have massage balls, a band to assist your stretching or even a comfortable pillow for sale. We also sell vouchers which can be used for a Physiotherapy treatment, a massage or an individual Pilates session. These vouchers can be purchased at the Practice daily between 8am and 5pm. Why not spoil your loved one with one of these special gifts?

For the elderly, have you considered a Gift of Mobility? These are sessions that you can purchase for them which stimulates physical and mental well-being and optimizes daily activities such as dressing, walking, etc. Call us on 021 461 2159 for more information.

Our team of physios had a wonderful Year End lunch at Sotana in Mouille Point, celebrating the work that we so love doing and the accomplishments to date.

We were joined by some of our Pilates Instructors later on which continued the celebrations.

It was loads of fun!

We look forward to assisting you along your health journey in the New Year and hope that you have some time off to rest during the holidays.

Pilates Studio Notice

The Studio is open throughout the holiday season, only closing for a short two-week break. Please take note of the dates below:

Last day of Pilates classes 2019: Friday, 20th December
First day of Pilates classes 2020: Monday, 6th January

Should you have any class queries or wish to change a class time/day in the New Year, please contact Kiana on 021 461 2159 before mid-December.
