What's Next?
Winter Solstice Celebration: West Norwood, Sat Dec 21st 7-9pm, £22 (+bf)
This will involve some warm-ups, a meditative kriya to clear the mind out, some mantra meditation, a gong bath, and a lovely warming golden mylk over an oracle/tarot card.
We are trying out the new community room in West Norwood Picturehouse.

Private Cacao/ Sound Medicine Ceremony/Clarity Sessions
I really enjoyed doing a 1:1 session last week with someone who wanted to get some clarity about a situation and experience the power of Cacao in ceremony. It was a 3 hour session, with time to talk, to create sacred space, to lie down and be guided into her own wisdom and inner knowing. Supported by the gentle heart-opneing power of Cacao (a recognised plant medicine) and the vibrations of the gong, shamanic drums and more.

Illumina Concert /Kundalini Yoga/Gong/Chai with Nat
Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who came and supported these wonderful musicians (and each other) a couple of Saturdays ago. Each of you made it such a special heart-opening experience - just by being there and being YOU!!
Together we created magic, hope, reconnection ...and went home with some warm and yummy chai in our bellies 😊💓🌟 This is what makes my heart sing...so thank you XX
