Advent Carols Service
Sunday 1 December at 6pm. all are invited to join this special service to mark the beginning of Advent. The Preacher will be the Dean.

Dean's Book Launch
Many of you will recall Dean Andreas’ Lent sermon series this year, which looked at the Gospel of Luke through the lens of 20th century German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s writings. This sermon series has now been expanded by the Dean and Dr Katherine Firth into a lent study guide for group use or personal reflection. Journeying with Bonhoeffer: Six Steps on the Path of Discipleship will be launched by the Archbishop following Evensong on Sunday Night (24 November). All are invited to attend the launch, at which copies of the book will be available for sale ($20). Sign-up sheets to pre-order copies of the book are available at the back of the Cathedral. Alternatively contact Hannah in the office to place an order. Books can be collected and paid for at the launch.
