Chairpersons Report
Sally answered questions on the Bowling Green and Pavilion.
A lot of work has been done to the bowling green and the surrounds to bring the facilities up to playing condition again. There is also a spring programme of work in place to prepare the green for the coming summer season. We now have access to the pavilion and members were offered a visit with Sally after the meeting.
A new irrigation system is being installed and will be ready shortly.
There are a number of issues with the banking collapsing that will be addressed during the winter.
Treasurers Report
We have sufficient funds in the bank at present including money from Persimmon Homes for the renovation of the green. Members present were given a copy of the accounts.
Brendan answered questions on these accounts by members and the accounts to their satisfaction.
Brendan gave a warning that although there is money in the account, there will be a large number of expenses for the club when they move into the Pavilion.
Captains Report
Brett thanked the players for their efforts throughout the season. Its a real credit that we kept up with a full fixture programme.
The C team were promoted to the 2nd Division of the Bedford Bowls League and also reached the final of the Knockout cup. We are looking forward to the coming season and having the use of our own facilities.
Secretaries Report
The club are up to date with correspondence and club registrations for the coming season. The website is still running and will undergo a refresh during the winter.
Stewartby will host a celebration Game 10th July 2020 to mark the 85th Anniversary of the club and opening of the new pavilion
Stewartby will host the Final of the Bedford Bowls League Knockout Cup 2020 in August.

Norman asked a question about the mower the club purchased - There has been some confusion with its refurbishment, but this will be resolved - Sally to Follow up.
Brendan gave a summary of the ground works and maintenance.
Committee thanked Colin Paul for keeping the petrol hedge trimmer safe.
The fee for the Stewartby Midweek indoor team will be reimbursed to the team Captain after it is paid to Kempston. This was voted on and agreed for coming years. This year Martin Greener asked that the remainder of this fee should be donated to the David Law memorial fund.
Fees for the coming season are £67 for full members and remain at £56 for Ladies.
Next year the meeting will be scheduled a week earlier or later so that it does not coincide with the Indoor bowls match at Riverrain.
Meeting Ends 11:15 and members went to visit the new pavilion.
