Let's Celebrate!
THANK YOU for making so much ministry possible through your prayer and partnership. Lives are being changed. Here are just a few of the things we are celebrating together this year:
- 7 Indian girls graduated from college and admitted to college
- 209 new child sponsorships started
- 43 new Back2Back staff globally
- 28 new missionaries being trained through orientation
- Back2Back Learn LMS launched and positioned to serve 10,000 learners
- And SO much more!
If I'm honest, it's been a really overwhelming year both in terms of the work load and the joyous results for the children. It is so good to stop for a moment to acknowledge these and so many other blessings we have experienced.

ANOTHER new team member has joined our team!!
Last month I shared that a part-time Back2Back Learn Coordinator had joined our team. This month I can announce that a Back2Back Learn Manager has also started working part-time and is raising support for a full-time role. Having a fully staffed team will allow us to grow so much more in our online training and give me the ability to focus on developing our leadership training initiatives. Your prayers are being answered!

Family News
We are looking forward to visiting some family and friends this holiday season. At home we have welcomed a new dog to the family and Caitlin is doing an amazing job homeschooling. Medically, Sophia had a follow up MRI this week that showed a decrease in inflammation in the brain, which likley indicates a short-term infection rather than a long-term growth. We continue to monitor her symptoms and pray for full recovery.
