It goes without saying that this is the busiest time of the year for everyone and that includes our amazing couriers. So this is just a friendly reminder that due to the high volume of deliveries over this period, we ask that you please be patient with our delivery partners and while we expect your orders to be delivered within the prescribed time frame, we can't guarantee that this will always be adhered to.

Here at the Marley Grey HQ, we're working well into the wee hours packing your orders so that they're ready for pick up bright and early each morning. 🚚

We're also trying to do more Pep drop-offs in order to avoid delays, instead of the usual once-per-week drop-off.

Here are a few things to note when checking up on your order:

Door-to-Door Option - 1-3 Business Days:

✔️ We send you a tracking number via sms and email. This number usually starts with NA....
✔️ Visit www.fastway.co.za to track your order
✔️ Please add our email address to your contacts, as our email updates may land in your Spam folder
✔️ Please contact the courier 087 057 6000 should you wish to speak to someone regarding your delivery or make alternate arrangements for delivery, should you not be in a position to accept your parcel at the designated address

Pep Paxi - 7-9 Business Days:

✔️ Your tracking number should begin with D....
✔️ Visit https://www.paxi.co.za/track to track your order
✔️ Pep will send you an sms once your parcel has been booked in at the designated branch
✔️ Please remember to provide the name of your nearest Pep branch in the order notes at checkout
✔️ For all queries, please contact their call centre on 086 000 7294

We ask that you please be kind to these amazing drivers. They too are working terrible hours and are doing their best to get your parcel delivered on time 🙏
