December Production Update
The holiday season rush has well and truly kicked in. Products sold over the past month have surpassed our forecast and projections. The high volumns, together with the complicated implementation of the new print system, has impacted on production times for almost all orders.
Orders placed around Mid-November to end of November may see production times of around 10 business days. We understand this is above our previously forecasted 8 business days, and do apologise to all store owners affected by it.
There is, however, good news! OGO is confident that hit the peak of our production delays. The new Aeoon print system has kicked into gear and is thumping through the backlog of orders. OGO is running three shifts daily until Christmas as well. It's busy at OGO HQ!
The majority of regular post orders have also been upgraded to EXPRESS POST at no extra cost if the production time has been over five business days.
