If you are part of our slack community I mentioned as part of improving our processes for 2020, members will now be required to apply to join slack, and approvals will be done directly by me. I will add a Typeform application to our website, upcoming directory app, and across all social channels. This assures the exclusivity and safe space.
For all supporters and allies, whom the Frauvis team is ever so thankful for! I will create a guest specific channel where supporters, employers, allies, and those who do not identify as a black woman will have space to still interact with members, have open conversations, and share opportunities with the community.
