Hi Everyone,
Firstly I want to say a huge thank you to all of our previous clients who have been in touch regarding our family loss of Milo, our 14 year old dog.  It has been heart wrenching for the family, but messages of support and little anecdotes have really helped. He was with us from the start of our bootcamp journey, back in 2010 and I know that over this time he touched so many of our clients hearts as well as ours.

Moving on into December, we seem to be speeding up and not slowing down, with a waiting list for the first time in November for bootcamp.  This week has been a little cosier, but we are just loving these winter camps.  I must say our indoor training facility (The Dome) has made them far easier than previous years, and to be outdoors at sunrise and set is such a treat.  I also suspect the busy period of bootcamp is due to the desire to be in the best position possible to face the onslaught of Christmas temptations.  I know the team here train super hard at this time of year to enjoy a few treats yet stick to the “earn it or burn it” principle.  I personally do love winter training, with less daily sunshine and more gloomy days, exercise becomes more important than ever to generate endorphins and fend off the winter blues.

Food plays a huge roll in energy and happiness levels too and I’ve been doing some serious research this week in alternative diet options.  I don’t know how many of you have watched the Netflix documentary “The Game Changer” but Dan and I recently sat down for 60 minutes (that was a miracle in itself) to see what all the hype was about.  I since felt compelled to share some views on following a plant-based diet and the science behind this. If you are interested in hearing more about this, you can read my blog here CLICK HERE:

In other news, we shared a few photos of the new lodges that will be coming to bootcamp in 2020, providing more luxury en-suite accommodation onsite. They aren’t ready yet, but well underway and we cant wait to get them up and running, they have a real felling of luxury, yet cosy and homely too.  Be sure to ask Leanne about booking a lodge as either a single or a twin option from February 2020 onwards.

We have lots of new exciting plans for 2020 and we use this month to catch up, set our goals and make sure we will continue to deliver a service of the highest quality, with the best facilities and the best program to make sure that when you join us in 2020 (or if you’re quick in December 2019!) that you have the time of your life.

The first camp of the year is a weekend camp starting January 10th. It is for returning clients only and we are offering not only a special rate on this but also the chance to stay for an extra night, including dinner and breakfast for just £30.  Drop Leanne an email if you would like to kick of 2019 with a huge bang.

Finally, the last camp of the year is always really special, with Christmas decorations, a full team of excited trainers wearing Santa hats and a usually small group of campers who are on a mission to prepare themselves in the best way possible for the festivities. We would love you to join us, even for a day (special rates apply). So if you fancy a last blast before Christmas, drop Leanne an email.

Please do stay in touch and be sure to follow us on facebook, Instagram and now you can connect with me on linkedin.  I am sending all my high energy vibes your way to help you get your trainers on and get that body moving in December.
