Deadline for appointing another person as a proxy to represent you at the Trust AGM is Thursday 5 December

With our AGM  happening on 9 December - the deadline for submitting proxy forms is coming up fast!

If you can't make the date of the AGM, don't forget that you can use your proxy form to appoint another person to vote on your behalf. To do this download your unique proxy form here, complete and return it by email to the Secretary or print and drop in a completed copy to Hampton Pool.

To be valid, proxy forms must be received by the Secretary on or before Thursday 5 December 2019.

Any Other Business at the AGM 

Also a reminder that Any Other Business at the AGM will be necessarily time limited to allow for voting and vote counts. In order to manage this most effectively for everyone and to answer as many questions as possible at the meeting, please would members submit AOB questions by the deadline of 5th December by 
email to the Secretary or print and drop in a completed copy to Hampton Pool.

We hope to welcome many of you to the AGM on 9 December.
