We all want to change the world.

YWAMers are changing the world at more than 1800 global locations by sharing the gospel, training and equipping workers, and meeting the needs of people in dire circumstances: men, women, children, families, refugees, victims of human trafficking, those in need of basic healthcare, and more. 

And volunteers are ready to help, so MBI fast-tracks them to YWAM locations in need.

MBI continues building the Mission, supporting frontline missionaries with volunteer labor and providing critical training and support for YWAM leaders and staff—with transformational results! 

Michael from YWAM Nashville had this to say about MBI’s recent LIFT workshop on legal, immigration, financial, and tactical/risk issues:

“I wept uncontrollably for 10 minutes of our drive home thinking about the priceless gift you [MBI] are to YWAM and the body of Christ. I had no idea what we were getting into at your workshop, other than possibly good advice. But what we stepped into was fathers and mothers wanting to pass on knowledge, experience, successes, and failures. You are discipling leaders! Thanks for stepping up to fulfill the role of elders in this Mission that we love and have given our lives to!”

In 2020 we’ll place increasing numbers of volunteers at YWAM locations worldwide while also reaching more YWAM leaders and staff like Michael and his team with the tools and information they desperately need.
 
But, as you know, this requires money. 

MBI’s operating budget is $70,000 per year and our overhead is low for all we offer:

• Placement of 500 volunteers in 2020 (our aggressive goal is 3000 yearly volunteers by 2023!) 

• Placement of RV Associates, who rendezvous at North American YWAM locations

• Biblical Financial Counseling offered by professional financial planners

• Leadership support and development through our Leadership13 coaching ministry

• Debriefing for long-term YWAM missionaries in crisis or transition

• A highly visible, user-friendly online presence and volunteer portal on the internet

• A well-maintained, debt-free 5-acre campus (office, staff apartments, RV park for volunteers, and property for future growth)

• Twelve staff, who individually raise personal support to be part of MBI’s work

MBI has financial partners committed to giving $25,000 in 2020. We have an additional $22,500 in matching funds toward our 2020 budget, which means:

We only need $22,500 to be fully-funded for 2020!
