Hello from Poland!
We can hardly believe it, but our first term at English4Life has just come to an end! We were so blessed with 6 students who dilligently studied and completed one term at E4L. God also provided us with 4 dedicated volunteers who taught and served in various ways in our school.

Check out some pictures below of our students and volunteers. See what they were involved in and how GOD was at work all throughout the term.

Snap shots!

Our students!
Each of these students has a unique story of how they came to English4Life and how God has worked in their lives in so many ways as they've been studying English and His Word.

Heart Change!
Picture: Mary, one of our students (on the right) and Miss Peg blessed us with this wonderful skit during chapel one day! God really did a big work in Mary's life to bring her to English4Life and she grew so much during her time here. Read her story below:

"In the beginning when my sisters asked me if I want to go learn English, I said totally no. I had good job with a great salary and I didn't want to lose it. I got too used to controlling my life--all parts of my life and plans for the future. I lived for myself. But all my ways were mine, not God's... God had His own plan for my life. He changed my feelings toward my job. I started to feel that I was tired of it and I even felt disgust, repulsion and sickness from my work. And I decided to quit my job. And before looking for new one I needed to rest. So I decided to go to English4Life.
And there in this place God showed me His care and love to me. God told me that I need to change my life. I need to give Him all control of my life and every day he taught me His lessons. So there I decided to follow His will in my life. And now I'm sure that His plan is a great plan."

A job well done!
We praise the Lord for His goodness and allowing us to see Him at work so obviously this term.

One way that students' progress was demonstrated was in the Bible Club that they hosted near the end of the term. For about 6 weeks, students organized an Evangelistic Bible Club (Airplane Party) and ran the whole event in our youth group at church--in English! They prepared games, decorations, even the lesson! They also took turns translating for our guests into Polish.

Want to see it for yourself?

With one term under our belt, we press on to prepare for the future! Praise the Lord that we had great, enthusiastic volunteers and students this term.

Maybe after reading what God is up to at English4Life Poland, YOU would like to come join us too?

There are endless ways that you could serve with us at English4Life: Teaching English/Bible classes, music, culinary, discipleship, media, and the list goes on... Come see it for yourself and allow God to use you in students' lives.
