Our AGM is coming up in one week! This year, we are hosting a virtual AGM through Zoom so that members from all over the province will be able to join using their computer or mobile phone. If this will be your first time using Zoom, please see below for some tips. Keep in mind, those that attend will be entered to win a free FRP-BC 2020/2021 membership!

Please be advised that while there is no limit to the number of people that can attend the AGM, our By-Laws allow for only one vote per FRP member in good standing. Please see below for revised By-Laws to be accepted at the upcoming AGM.

Anyone can join a meeting using a computer (Windows or Mac) or an Android or IOS mobile device.
For computer users: You will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the link to join.
You can download the Zoom web browser app here before joining the meeting if you like.
For Android or IOS mobile users:
Download the Zoom app in the Google Play (here) or App Store (here) in advance.
You do not need a Zoom account to access the meeting.
Make sure you are in a quiet, private space and arrive a couple minutes early to make sure you are set up properly. We will be asking you to mute yourself upon entering the meeting, although you will have the ability to un-mute yourself should you need to.
