OPEN STRUM HOLIDAY GIFT

Open Strum has teamed up with the non-profit “Comfort for Critters” for the month of December to help out some pets! “Comfort for Critters” provide handmade blankets to pets in animal shelters. In December, anyone who helps them out will receive my song “What We Need Is Love” as a gift. The donations need to be made directly to the non-profit, I will not be accepting any proceeds.

NEW MUSIC FROM FRANTICALLY ATLANTIC

Frantically Atlantic's second album has been released. Maggie in the Woods features eleven traditional and two original tunes: "a bakers dozen". This album is on the Maritimes Music label and was recorded at the Maritimes Music studio in Shelburne NS with the formidable Jay Pilzer at the mixing board!

LAURIE LEBLANC À GUICHETS FERMÉS

Le chanteur country acadien, Laurie LeBlanc, a présenté la 6e édition du spectacle Noël en Acadie à guichets fermés. Laurie LeBlanc était entouré d’artistes de grands talents : Hert LeBlanc, Karo Laurendeau, Jacques Comeau, Shirley Albert, Robert Arsenault, Melissa Hunt, Felix Belliveau et Joannie Benoit. Le spectacle se déroulait le 23 novembre, au Wesleyan de Moncton.

JASPERTINE NEW SINGLE

Jaspertine has released a new single, titled "Chaos and Corruption". KYLIE FOX AT THE SJ ARTS CENTRE

Folk singer and songstress Kylie Fox will be bringing a Christmas concert to the Saint John Arts Centre on December 6th. The performance will include original holiday songs, some covers of Christmas songs from Canadian greats like Joni Mitchell and Gordon Lightfoot, as well as selections from her upcoming release. Doors at 7, music from 8-10. There will be a cash bar. Tickets $15.

CCCC IN CONCERT

Chris Colepaugh and the Cosmic Crew will be playing Moncton, NB, at the St James Gate Event Room on December 27th at 8 PM.  It's the celebration of the 20th anniversary of 16 Second Solace, which was also recorded in the St James Gate building. And it was the deciding factor in Chris and Lynn quitting their day jobs and becoming full-time musicians (a.k.a small business owners), and jump-started a four-month tour across Canada, down to California and back.

LANCEMENT DE L'ALBUM TRENTE

Deux lancements auront lieu du disque Trente de Joey Robin Haché. Les lancements publiques, sous forme de 6 à 8, auront lieu le mercredi 27 novembre 2019 à 18 h au Centre culturel Aberdeen à Moncton et le jeudi 28 novembre à La Bibitte de Bathurst à 18 h. Des bouchées préparées par le Chef Luc Schofield seront offertes.

Cameron’s album is the commencement of his music journey as a young adult.
