At YSRP, we are honored daily to witness the powerful self-determination and true resilience of individuals like Ray. Ray is one of the more than 40 Juvenile Lifers with whom YSRP has partnered to receive new sentences following the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2016 ruling in Montgomery v. Louisiana. He is also one of the more than 24 individuals whom YSRP has had the honor of welcoming home and supporting as he navigates his reentry.
