Central Wellness - A space for yoga and holistic health

Central Wellness is in its forth year and it is amazing to see how we have grown and grown to create a vibrant, caring community of teachers, students and practitioners.  
We have been working hard to bring together a new and exciting new teaching schedule launching in the New Year, with some new classes and teachers joining us. 
We hope the new schedule will continue to grow our community and provide you with the opportunity to cultivate the seeds of growth you wish to develop as we move towards a new year together.
