NEW FEATURE: Human Rights Service Assessment (HURI)

As a supplier registered in EPIM JQS you are now also subject to becoming assessed with regards to your company's compliance to human rights.

Q: Who can be requested to undergo a human rights assesssment?
A: Any supplier registered in EPIM JQS may be subject to a human rights assessment if and when requested by an Operator.

Q: Why can I not see the human rights questionnaire under the Capabiltiy Assessment tab?
A: You will get access to the questionnaire for Human Rights if you are nominated for a human rights assessment. You will also receive an email-notification if you are nominated.

NEW FEATURE: Supplier Page Completeness Indicator

All supplier company superusers will now be able to see how far along in the registration process they've come based on the minimum level of expected input, as well as the level of expected input based on entries and content provided by the supplier(s) themselves.

Q: Who can see my completeness indicator?
A: The indicator is only visible to the respective supplier and system administrators, and serves as a tool to increase and aid content quality within EPIM JQS.

UPDATE: JQS Audit Program 2020

EThe EPIM JQS Service  provides a common framework for performing audits and assessments, reduces duplication of supplier audits, and reduces industry costs. In 2019 close to 150 audit reports have been requested and shared among Operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and this number is expected to nearly double in 2020.

The nomination period is currently in progress and the program will be finalized in January 2020. Suppliers included in the program will be contacted by an EPIM JQS Audit Provider in advance of the planned audit.

UPDATE: Export Entire Search Queries

Users attempting to export specific or unspecified search queries via the Create Report function are no longer bound by the constraint of visible object in the user interface. Any executed search and its corresponding result will be available for export, in full.

UPDATE: 45 New Categories Added In UNSPSC

Based on valuable input from users in the EPIM JQS community, 45 new categories have been suggested and implemented in UNSPSC (by GS1 US).
The new categories are available in the following families;
