Blackheath High Junior girls hold their own special election
On Thursday 12 December, Blackheath High Juniors held their own special election whilst the rest of the country went to the polls to decide our future government. Some of our Year 5 and 6 girls had teamed up to form four different parties, each with a different agenda.

Year 6 make professional decorations with a laser cutter
Last year the BHSA kindly donated a laser cutter to the Junior School. Once again this has allowed Year 6 pupils to design and make professionally finished decorations for sale at the Christmas Fair.

A "Monster" Confidence STEAM trip for Year 12 On Tuesday 19 November, five year 12 students attended the Monster Confidence boot camp in London. This is an annual event held by Stemettes, which means women in STEM, in partnership with Monster.

Girls teach their parents how to code in 'Hour of Code' This December, parents were invited into their daughter’s Computer Science lesson to learn how to code! Over 60 parents signed up and adults from many different backgrounds came into LG4 for some fun coding.
