AGM:  This is being held on 22nd January 2020.  Papers will be sent out in advance in according with our rules.

Children's Christmas Party:  On Friday 13th December, we are holding the annual Christmas Party at Junior Club Night.   Tickets are £8 for members (£10 for non members) and include food/drink,  a visit from Santa and VERY exciting presents for every child (top quality and plastic free).  Please buy your ticket(s) in advance from the bar.

Snookerball Round 2 Deadline - MONDAY 9.30pm

Court bookings:  On Monday,   those who have had unconfirmed courts from 22nd-29th November will receive an email from the office.  Please remember courts no longer needed must be cancelled even if this is due to the weather.  Thank you.

Christmas mix-in & Supper - 10th December please sign up on Events

Children's Christmas Party/Clubnight:  13th December.  There will be a guest appearance, fun games and gifts for all who buy tickets to this very popular annual event.  Tickets for sale in the bar.

Poker Night:  Monday 16th December - if you haven't been before, do join in.  £5 entry which includes pizza.  Sign up on the sheet on the Events Board in the bar.

Burns Supper - 25th January.  Please sign up on Events.  Places are filling up fast.

All invoices for the autumn term should be paid by now. If you have not yet paid, please note that your coaching invoice will now incur a 10% surcharge as it has not been paid within two weeks of term commencing. If you wish to view your account history (including pending balances) please log on to our website, click on members/bookings,  your details and accounts.  You will see all transactions there.

TWLTC offers an extensive Adult and Junior coaching programme throughout the year. With over 50 junior and ten adult courses running throughout the week, we pride ourselves on having something for everyone. More information about our various courses can be found below:

You can request a place on our coaching programme online and one of our coaching team will be in touch to confirm it or please call the coaching team on 01892 525625 and speak to James Charman or Nicola Hudson. 

If groups are cancelled, we will email you so please keep an eye on your email. If you do not hear from us please assume that your coaching is on.


 
Snookerball Round 2:  This ends at 9.30pm on Monday!    If you are not able to compete in Round 3, or would like to join the league, please let Carmel know asap.

Winter teams and fixtures have now been sent out.

 
The court maintenance planned on courts 8-10 next week has been postponed to these courts will be released for booking.

We have a ball machine available
for hire at £5 per hour. A new battery has been fitted so it should be functionning well now. Please put it back on charge when you have finished.
