Due to multiple requests, the organizing team of the Frontiers in Service conference 2020 has decided to extend the deadline.

Next year, the Frontiers in Service Conference will be hosted at Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts. This is the first time the conference will be held in the Boston area! We are looking forward to welcoming you in New England this June.

Themed “How technology is creating value for the service and retail industry,” Frontiers in Service Conference 2020 will explore a variety of service topics, including service marketing, service management, service operations, service strategy, service design, service engineering, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics as related to service.

Last but not least, Gabelli School of Business and SERVSIG are once again co-sponsoring a Travel Scholarship Program to enable researchers from developing countries to attend the Frontiers conference.
