New EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

It is with great pleasure that Longwoods Publishing Corporation announces that Jason M. Sutherland, Professor, Centre for Health Services and Policy Research, University of British Columbia, has accepted the appointment as Editor-in-Chief of our journal, Healthcare Policy. Prof. Sutherland succeeds Prof. Jennifer Zelmer who has led the journal for more than 10 years, building its reputation and strengthening its readership.

AWARD

The Ted Freedman Award for Innovation in Education

Longwoods Publishing, in cooperation with the Canadian Association for Health Services and Policy Research (CAHSPR), presents this award yearly for an ‘Innovation in Education’ program that advocates and enables education in health, health services or health management at a healthcare organization.

Submissions are open to all healthcare organizations. The award will recognize those individuals or organizations that inspire, advocate and enable education in health, health services and healthcare management. A representative from the winning organization will be recognized during the 2020 CAHSPR Conference.
