I can’t believe the end of the year is already here!

I would like to thank the Board, Regional & Program Teams, Organisers & Recorders, GROW Members, volunteers and staff  for working so hard and achieving such success in what has been a year of Celebrating our 50th Year. 

I would especially like to acknowledge the work of the Board who have guided the organisation over the last twelve months ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practice.  

I would also like to acknowledge and thank the Spirituality Committee for their work on the updating of the Blue Book.  Their diligence, commitment and dedication to the task must be commended.  

To all the Regional teams who work on behalf of their members  ensuring GROW groups are vibrant and of high quality.  I thank you all for your continued commitment and great work throughout the year. It is your work that makes the difference to GROW members lives daily.

To all Organisers & Recorders who throughout the year have inspired other members to take on leadership roles.

To the Program Team who support  and give guidance to the National Program Co-Ordinator sharing their expertise and working to continually improve the GROW Progam.  

To all staff members-  your positivity, expertise, creativity and initiative allow
GROW to continually improve on how we meet the needs of our members and the wider community.

I am sure 2020 will hold many challenges for the GROW community but I have great trust that as in 2019 those challenges will be overcome with the continued dedication and commitment shown to increase professional requirements and provide ongoing excellence in our service delivery.

I wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a Prosperous and Happy New Year.
