The New Beginnings Center wishes you warmth and love for the holidays. As we look to gather holiday presents for loved ones, it may be necessary to remember what are the most nourishing gifts we can give ourselves.

During this season of love, all of us at The New Beginnings Center want you to know that we appreciate working with you, whether as a client, colleague or community supporter.  As our gift to you this year, we are extending an invitation to attend your first  Thursday evening CFR session as our guest (see times and dates below).   In a year that has been full of division in our country and traumatic events in our community, we thought that the best gift we could offer to all of you would be the gift of healing and self care.

Cortical Field Re-Education is a system of healing through learning that increase attention and heightens perception. This new kinesthetic input communicates to the nervous system what it is habitually doing out of awareness and creates effective lasting change.

This gentle movement workshop will teach you how to recognize and rewire physical and behavioral patterns for pain-free function and pleasure.

Two Day Workshop
When: Friday, January 17, 5:00-9PM
            Saturday, January 18, 9 AM-6 PM for new and continuing students
Cost: Day 1: $125. Day 2: $250 or $350 for both days
