While there aren’t many things I would recommend Racer Sportif for, a bike fit with Master Retul fitter Frank at the Oakville store is definitely one. He dials in a fit that’s perfect for your personal circumstances and needs.
I went to Racer Sportif in Oakville 2 years ago for a Retulfit. It was pretty good. But, for those up in Barrie, Andrew Doble who works out of Horseshoe did a fitting then some adjustments to my time trial bike – honestly, I found his fitting to be very accurate and possibly more beneficial than the Retul, despite the lack of sophisticated cameras and electronics. Andrew is a master mechanic, a certified coach, and a former cat 1-2 bike racer. He is probably the most knowledgeable guy I know of in cycling.
The STAC Zero workshop and aero test you guys sponsored in the spring were also excellent, although that’s not really a “fitting” session

Not cheap, but it's extremely thorough... takes several hours. Would say it is geared for the more serious cyclist. There are a few different pricing options posted on the web site.
The 11 Inc. Fantastic technology, lots of time spent on details, measurements, etc.
I recommend Dornella’s and having the fit performed by Neil Gabbot. Neil made sure he understood the type of rider I am and adjusted the fit accordingly. He was very patient and very thorough in his approach. I have recommended Neil to others and they all have been very satisfied.

The 11 Inc. in the shoppes of don mills mall. Great experience there for fitting. I believe it was approx $100.
I had a fitting with Scott Doel (who might be a current member?)...when I bought my bike, I think he also offers this as a service and has all the measurement gear etc. He works at Gears in Mississauga and seem to know what was going on re comfortable set-up, may not be optimized book set-up.
Lots of voodoo around fittings and everyone is different including their range of motion which makes all the scientific measurements/dimensions/ computer set-ups/recommendations somewhat limited.
