 This is such a busy time for everyone so I have kept my update short this month. In January 2020,  I will provide a year end update for the Southern Georgian Bay area with focus on the Western Region of Collingwood, Blue Mountain and Meaford.

November continued to be strong throughout the entire Southern Georgian Bay region in the real estate world. Southern Georgian Bay Residential Sales were up 3.3% over November 2018,  This was above the 10 year average for the month. Total home sales were up 8.4% over 2018 with the average sales price up slightly. December has been quite busy as well.
