Mold Animal Save held a vigil at the Mold "Cattle" Market on December 13. They report: "The photos are of baby boy cows less than 24 hours old! These male calves are a by-product of the dairy industry stolen from their mothers, so humans can drink the milk meant for them. Think about that next time you reach for the cow's milk."

This is their report from from the port: "She is on the Holstein Express. She has been on board since December 8. 6 days on board before the journey across the sea even started. She is headed somewhere to be exploited for her body, her babies, her milk. She may not even survive the journey, as many live export victims die horrific deaths on the trip. If she reaches the destination alive, and if, for any reason, she cannot be exploited while living, she will be killed and cut up into pieces to be eaten, and her skin will be used to make products that aren’t necessary. She is a victim of live export. The Port of Wilmington has been quietly exporting live animals since 1987."

This is their report from a vigil for the pigs on December 6: "We do not turn away from their suffering. We come as close as we can. We whisper words of love and comfort. And we watch them being driven to their terrible fates. Away away away from us, from people who care, from any possibility of life outside the factory system into which they were born. Shame on those who do such wrongs to other souls."
