Marc Lanckriet, member of the Board of Directors of 2XL/ECS, and Jonas Van Den Broucke, technical responsible for the 2XL/ECS fleet, visited ICTS in Zeebrugge on Monday, November 18.  
Jan Petrusson, responsible for the workshops at ICTS and Christopher Mascaux, responsible for the ICTS fleet, the field services and the maintenance contracts for third parties, highlighted common achievements during 2019 and the challenges for 2020.  

ICTS is the preferred supplier in terms of maintenance of the 2XL/ECS fleet with more than 2,000 trailers. Coolers as well as box trailers, curtainsided trailers or chassis' find their way to the ICTS workshops on a regular basis. At the end of the meeting, both partners decided to continue the, since many years, very successful cooperation.

On 14 November 2019, Christophe Deboo of ICTS paid a visit to Geert De Jonckheere of Anterist+Schneider. They held a review over 2019, after which the continuation of the long-established partnership for 2020 was confirmed by A+S.

ICTS is the main supplier of trailer rentals for A+S, who rent both long-term and short-term trailers from ICTS. Besides 60 long-term standard Huckepack trailers, on average A+S rents an additional 20 short-term trailers, rising to as many as 50 at peak times. They also rent other ICTS trailer types for short periods, such as mega trailers and coil trailers.

Flexibility and fast service are very important to A+S. They ship all trailers unmanned to the UK and back. ICTS' quayside services, as well as its workshop close to the port, are a great advantage. ICTS is delighted that Geert De Jonckheere has reaffirmed his faith in the company and looks forward to extending this fruitful collaboration. 

Gist Nederland, part of the UK company Gist Limited, is deploying extra ICTS refrigerated trailers with telematics during busy periods.
 
The ICTS refrigerated trailers are being used in December 2019 and January 2020 for one the larger Gist customers, Marks and Spencer, which experiences a peak in volumes in the run-up to Christmas. Gist Nederland, in partnership with Gist Limited, is providing the trailers that are being used for store distribution from Gist's distribution centres in the United Kingdom for a period of 6 weeks.
 
Joost Booij, Supply Chain Manager Gist Nederland, on the relationship between Gist and ICTS: "Gist has been working with ICTS since 2010 to help us cope with peak periods, but the relationship goes back even further. Those years of experience have resulted in an extremely good relationship, with ICTS knowing exactly what we need and expect. ICTS is always able to meet our demands."
