The Big Mental Health Pop Up
6 February 2020 | Clair Hall, Haywards Heath | 10.30am until 7pm
Returning, following its successful launch in May 2019, the exhibition provides a platform for those affected by mental health to become involved in their community, gain confidence and challenge their own as well as other people’s perception of their potential.
A range of workshops will run throughout the day with participants able to learn about common mental health conditions and the coping skills which help to manage them. Visitors will also be able to speak to staff and volunteers from a range of local organisations and find out about the support which is available to them.
