All-American City and Little Manhattan are two titles Mark A. Gamma’s “Newburgh: The Sixth Borough” recalls in his play about the city’s bright and shady past. Gamma plays an old man who settles in at a local bar for an evening of nostalgic monologues and Guinness, with Jack the bartender listening and refreshing his drinks.
