I feel that our Christmas meeting was one of our best and enjoyed by all who were there. The actual meeting is the tip of the proverbial iceberg, as a huge amount of work and organising took place to ensure we all had a great time. On behalf of the club I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Helen for all her work, everything from sorting out the menus, seating plans and of course the amazing raffle. The Christmas raffle is important to the club as it helps raise funds to keep the club running. At this point, I would like to thank all those who generously donated so many prizes which make the raffle very special.
 
Next, I would like to thank Joe and Duncan for manning the sound desk, and again thanks to Duncan for the stunning photographs, which you can see below. Finally, thanks to all the members who helped setting up and breaking down the gear at the beginning and end of the meeting. It was set up so quickly that we were able to have a comprehensive sound level test prior to the meeting.
